Enjoying Armagnac
Stay to taste, in a balloon glass: one heats it in the palms, inhales the aroma with short breaths, one admires his russet-red reflections, one measures his aptitude to proclaim the long ones of the walls... Any Cognac already takes time. And then, without haste and abruptness, one gently moistens the taste buds to attempt to distinguish between the multiple fragrances and flavours of grape, oak, violet, caramel... and soil. And gradually, the great Armagnac liquor will thus tell you all his history, of frosty spring mornings to the storms of mid-August and the bunch which opens out gently within the oak barrels which raises the child in the dusk freshness of the wine storehouses.
